can any one advise how to store apples, in readiness to make a batch of cider please ?
Anticipating an early year for apples to be ready, how best can I store them until ready to pulp ?

oh - does any one know of any good sources of cider apples I might be able to get my hands on in Cornwall ? Only a very small scale cider maker, so any apples are better than none !
