Hello all, wonder if you can help me. I,ve been making cider for a few years now and after a bumper year of apples about 3 years ago made more than I could drink being left with 100 ltrs in polykegs. I had a sniff of them the other day as I need the kegs back and they dont seem too bad. Although taste pretty disgusting. They havn't gone vinegary, and smell potent as hell. If I re-fermented them with some new yeast an a load of sugar, do you reckon I,d get something drinkable? Patrick
