A nice easy thread to start us all off with...
Although coming to think about it, perhaps it isn't that easy after all.
What is my favourite cider? My two old favs are the Somerset cider makers at Sheppey's Cider and Rich's Cider. In a fair fight, Sheppey's may have the edge, but Rich's is closer to home, so I drink more of their cider as a result. A close third would be Ben Crossman's - another Somerset cider maker, which I discovered this summer.
And in case you think that all I drink is Somerset Cider (which is mostly true as I live and work in Somerset!) let's have a big hand for (or preferably a big glass of) Gwatkin Cider from Herefordshire. And best foreign cider maker? Well, how about Gwynt Y Ddraig Cider from across the bridge in Wales.
What's your favourite cider?

As a seasoned cider drinker of over 45yrs I dont have an all out favourite.I adopt the reasoning that there is no such thing as a bad cider--just some are better than others! I admit to a preference for Herefordshire products amd as I am half French i also like Norman and Breton ciders.

I'm with Robert - Rattler all the way!
Once drank 11 pints in a sitting and had the most peculiar feeling for days afterwards...
