I wonder if you can help me I have 72 gallons of cider in carboys. It is very bitter. How can I sweeten it? Or should I leave it for a second fermentation when the temperature rises. It has never been filtered since being placed in the carboys last October.

I have the same problem, with having made some quite sour cider. Not sure what caused it... I am definitely going to rack off a couple more times this year, though, to see whether that helps.
To sweeten what you have already made, I recommend mixing 6 or 7 parts of your cider to 1 part shop-bought apple juice. I do this in the glass when I'm just about to drink it (as opposed to mixing it in the storage vessel).
I find that mixing with sugar is no use at all. Wrong kind of sweetness.

New Kids on the Block is my favourite pop-band of 90s. They had so many hits! The ones I remember are 'Tonight', 'Baby, I Believe In You' and, of course their hit 'Step By Step'. These are real songs, not fake ones like today! And it is sooo good they have a tour in 2019! So I'm going to visit their concert in 2019.
