Hi Folks! Just started fermentation of my first batch of Perry. Did a few good batches of cider before, but I'm trying perry for the first time.
I pressed my juice with my home press. The juice was a little brown (due to oxidation probably). I started the fermentation and 2 days later, while still fermenting, the colour of the juice turned to whitehish, yellowhish colour.
Did it already happen to one of you???
Someone knows what happened???
