Hi All, we have just completed our second seasons cider making, we have produced just over 30 gallons. My question is, how can I make this cider keep fresh well into next summer. At present it is fermenting in 1 gall containers. After fermentation is finished I was intending to rack into fresh 1gall containers. I am hoping to store in a insulated cabinet in my garden shed. I would appreciate any advice, if you have better ideas for storage, as I am a relative newbie.
