We are juicing all our apples tomorrow and although I have ordered chamapange yeast but it will not arrive for a week. Can the unpasturised apple juice wait for a week before I add the yeast or will it be safer to pasturise is right away and then add the yeast in a week to the pasturised apple. Thank you for any ideas!
